Yoga to change your mindset. In sanskrit, this is called Pratipaksha Bhavanam; it's the practice of taking a negative experience and finding the positive. We flip the script. If you're feeling something negative, like anger, fear, stress, sadness, etc., think about what the opposite of that feeling is and set the intention to be filled with that positive feeling. For instance, if you're feeling afraid, fill yourself with faith. If you're feeling angry, fill yourself up with forgiveness or compassion. This class will help you change your mindset. It helped me change mine. :)
