While we need to look thru the rearview periodically, we must keep our eyes forward on the road ahead. If you are overwhelmed by an emotion, like fear, worry, anger, sadness, you've let your rearview get larger. And that's ok. Everything you are feeling right now is valid. But consider to minimize the moments you look back - you're not going that way. :)
