I am recovering from a shoulder injury and would love to hear which videos you'd recommend for low- or no- shoulder impact.
I long for the day when I can once again do your "normal" classes, but right now my shoulders can't support me without pain. I can barely do a chaturanga. Plank is painful. Downward dog is doable but transitioning in and out can be tricky. I gently to child's pose and dolphins.

Hi James! First, I just want to say that I'm so happy and grateful you're a part of our On Demand family. I'm so sorry to hear of that shoulder pain. But fret not, I would absolutely recommend heading to our Target Practice category. Most of those classes have fewer chaturangas if none at all. For the moments that have chaturangas, skip them (I know. But do so, and only for now). You can also drop your knees and just either cat and cow, or lower down and go to cobra instead. Yoga for Tight Shoulders, Yoga for When You Don't Want to Do Yoga, Get the Yuck out (I and II) Yoga for Back Pain, Yoga for Text Neck. Core classes. Even the classes for better sleep. All of them are super great for having a lack of chaturangas. You can also practice with hands on blocks (lowest level) which will help alleviate some of the pressure placed on the shoulder cuffs.
But again. Drop knees. And skip the chaturangas or even side planks until the inflammation goes down. Please check in with me in a few weeks to see if that helps.

Perfect. Sounds great. And I know you like the themes of my fun flow classes, so please feel free to watch the beginning of them...and frankly, you can totally do most of the warmup. Just not the chaturangas. ;-)
