Trauma doesn't have to be what society thinks trauma is :) Pain is pain, and how we interpret it is the trauma, not the actual pain. From there false self-beliefs emerge that take us down and tear us apart, self-sabotaging a shot at happiness and love. So, forgive yourself for leaving yourself - and come back to that inner being who's just wanting and needing your love. Be proud for enduring. Start the journey.
