lol. I mean it. If you are in a period of your life where you are needing to let stuff go - old fears, painful memories, people, self-ridicule, self-judgment, this is NOT the time to fall back asleep. You must keep your soul awake. You must keep going. I get it. I'm just as exhausted...but we have to keep pushing forward. (And actually sleep when you can so you CAN keep going).
