Whether it's from childhood imprinting, cultural conditioning, or whatever the stupid reason, we all too often fall into the trap of feeling bad for feeling good or doing what is best for ourselves. Well, we defy those inner voices! We must put the oxygen masks on ourselves first, ESPECIALLY NOW! Your heart is so big, my love. We have so much work to do. We need you! Please take care of yourself, in ANY way possible. And fly with us with a sequence designed to move you toward "Flying Pigeon!" :)
