This class is designed to help loosen up the shoulder muscles, namely the traps, deltoids, rhomboids, cervical pain, lats, pectoral muscles, and really just the torso overall. Reduce injuries.
Please have a scarf , strap, or towel handy (or "schmatta", as my grandmother would call it).
I can pretty much guarantee you'll feel much better after this class. :) Enjoy!
