Seriously. This is the class to do when you DON'T want to do yoga. Yep. No desire to get on your yoga mat? This is the class for you.
The class includes slower flow and then longer and deeper stretches at the end. I promise you'll feel so good and be so proud of yourself once you're thru this class... I know I was (cuz I literally had zero interest in practicing when I recorded it and felt SO much better once I was done).
