Yin - "Release the Grip" -
We all could use a little "letting go" these days.
The more we grip, the less chance we have of enjoying the moment.
This class was so needed - I could feel how my body was "gripping" more as a result of my mind's need to try to control things.
As the old adage goes, "Let go or be dragged."
So let's let go together. This is a delicious 45 min Yin sequence designed to make you feel better by the end of it.
Here's to the releasing... ahhh...

You can't pour from an empty cup. Enjoy delicious yin poses and fill yourself up with the good feelings you need to continue moving forward. I've also included nadi shodana, or alternate nostril breathing to help ease the mind.

CHAIR YOGA - Who knew you could do so much yoga with a chair!? Enjoy simple stretches you can do right at your desk. Learn ways to relax while at work or sitting at home. Practice the mantra, "Right now, it's like this." (And I was so relaxed teaching this class, that I didn't realize the camera...
