Known as a "secret weapon," Chaz has served as a Yoga Coach for Athletes and Injury Prevention Specialist for 20+ years for athletes and teams on the Pro, College, and High School levels, in every conceivable sport. Her sessions are tailored to the biomechanics and mindset needed for each kind of competitive athletic program. Working closely with coaches, she has a way of helping their teams on not just a physical, but mental and even emotional level. Chaz connects to the mind of an athlete - the classes are fun and team-building. Players mature and own what it takes to make their big dreams come true. Championships happen and the winning means more - the journey to be the best.
