Yoga for Common Injuries - This is a brief tutorial intended to go over some of the more common injuries we find as a yoga practitioner and the ways we can modify the practice to help alleviate pain and prevent further injury - Includes modifications for wrist injuries, bad knees, shoulder issues, etc.
