Inversion therapy (Legs up the wall)
CHILL OUT (Yin & Gentle Yoga)

Go upside down (recommended when everything feels like it's upside down!) Relax. Unwind. Viparita Karani (or legs up the wall) is an incredibly soothing posture recommended prior to bed for better sleep, but can be practiced literally any time of day (especially in moments of feeling hysterical lol ) . This pose boosts seratonin in your brain, aids circulation, and helps with leg swelling and restless leg syndrome. Just have a free wall (or bathroom door with a locked door for safety). Enjoy!
