Yoga for Headaches - I mean, really. If you get them as regularly as I do, you know how difficult it is to get to your yoga mat when you're in that much pain. Migraines. Sinus pressure. Tension or TMJ headaches. Whatever it is, it sucks.
Well, I HAD a headache while recording this video, so I can personally guarantee this will be as genuine a class for headaches as they come. lol
Ease into the conversation of feeling better. Enjoy long holds with yin poses, self-massage, and gentle poses that will alleviate the ache.
I sincerely hope you feel better by the end of savasana. I certainly did. Headache? Poof! Gone. :)
