    We all could use a little "letting go" these days.
    The more we grip, the less chance we have of enjoying the moment.

    This class was so needed - I could feel how my body was "gripping" more as a result of my mind's need to try to control things.

    As the old adage goes...

    All levels. Long, deep holds (that's what. ;-) ) Time to unwind. Breathe. Stretch. Relax. Loosen the grip. Allow. Receive. Release. Make space for the life that is waiting for you.

    You can't pour from an empty cup. Enjoy delicious yin poses and fill yourself up with the good feelings you need to continue moving forward. I've also included nadi shodana, or alternate nostril breathing to help ease the mind.
