Yep. In bed. ha.
My yoga teacher used to say, "The best kind of Yoga is yoga you can do in bed or under the sheets."
Enjoy simple stretches to help you unwind from the day, preparing you for a deep sleep - OR, the same stretches will help you unwind for the day ahead - all done from your bed and in your pjs (or lack thereof). ;-)
