Stretch it out and even work your core a bit, but enjoy practicing at a slower pace - This will also help you slow down and quiet your mind. ;-)
I really enjoyed this class and my body appreciated it. We're always "go, go, go." It's so nice to be able to slow down long enough to really savor the present moment.
